Job Description
  • Feeding Data Base to software:- Such as application, Receipt, Welcome Letter, Allotment Letter, TPA, PTM, Cancellation.
  • Generating Demand Letter, Reminders as per Plan.
  • Preparing Other Applicant details of customer such as Cost Sheet etc.
  • Maintaining and Updating Master Sheet of Migsun Ultimo and Mahaluxmi Homz.
  • Filing of customer communication.
  • Customer Relationship Regarding their query for document.
  • Managing Customer Correspondence.
  • Managing filing of dispatch slips & necessary documents such as Demands, Allotments, TPA, PTM to Customer file as per schedule.
  • Inventory Management for Migsun Ultimo and Mahaluxmi Homz.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Desired Profile
  • Good Communication and presentation skills.
  • Good MS-Excel skills
  • Good attitude and Behavioural skills.
  • With at least 2 year exp.In Real Estate
